Industrial Ceramicparts Boron Nitride Crucible
Boron nitride is a binary compound composed of the same number of nitrogen atoms (N) and boron atoms (B), and its empirical formula is BN. Boron nitride and carbon are isoelectronic, and like carbon, boron nitride has a variety of isomorphs, among which hexagonal boron nitride (α-BN) has a structure similar to graphite and is a very practical lubricant. Cubic boron nitride (β-BN) has a structure similar to diamond, with a hardness only lower than diamond, but better high temperature resistance than diamond.
