MoSi2 heating element is a type of resistance heating element composed of high purity Molybdenum Disilicide. When heated to a high temperature in an oxidizing atmosphere, a layer of compact quartz glass forms on the surface of the element which withstands oxidation. In an oxidizing atmosphere, its maximum temperature can reach 1800℃, and its applicable temperature is 500-1700℃. It can be widely used as heating elements in high temperature furnaces for a variety of industries including ceramics, magnets, glass, metallurgy, refractory and many others. We named our MoSi2 heating elements asRisesun Super.
Risesun Super 1850 is the latest super quality element researched and developed by us, which adopts high purity Molybdenum and Silicon powder and with whole process anti-oxidation. Risesun Super 1850 has the advantages of higher service temperature, and higher tensile strength. Its maximum service temperature is 1830℃ and it can sustain furnace temperatures of 1750℃.

Pay Attention To The Point
1. Mosi2 heating element is hard and fragile, during the transportation anc installation should be careful, keep in a dry and ventilated place to prevent aluminum spray out of the digestion and deliquescence,
2. Mosi2 heating element should not be used within the range of 400-700 ℃ long time ,or else ,the element will due to low temperature oxidation effect and become powder,
3. The resistance of Mosi2 heating element generally does not change with the length of usage time, so the new and used components can be mixed.
