SiC burner sleeve
SiC burner sleeve is made by isostatic pressing and sintering at high temperature. For special applications, long holes or slots can be machined.
Typical applications
Burner nozzles of gas or oil industrial furnaces (such as sanitary ware, daily ceramics, ceramic tiles, tiles, technical ceramics and other industrial furnaces), household burners, heat exchange burners.

Good shape stability, can be used up to 1700 degrees Celsius (air atmosphere)

Specifications
The shape of the burners shall be designed by either the burner designer/manufacturer, or the kiln manufacturer, depending on the firing parameters.
SiC burners can be manufactured in different sizes or customized designs upon request. The design must be appropriate to the material and production process.
