Polycrystalline Diamond wire drawing die blanks is diamond crystal block of diamond particles and catalyst cobalt sintered under high temperature and ultrahigh pressure. The wire dies are made of sintered diamonds, which is supreme-grade material imported from foreign countries. It has the wear resistance, high hardness and good thermal conductivity of natural diamond and the similar toughness of hard alloy. Provided wire dies blanks have a long useful life and can be used in high-speed drawing of many kinds of alloy, such as stainless steel, tungsten, molybdenum and aluminum. The wire die blanks can be manufactured with different kinds of designs, dimensions, types or specifications according to customers’ specific requirements. The polycrystalline diamond core is sintered tightly with the cemented carbide support ring as a whole, and the support ring is used to improve the crack strength of die blank. Therefore, such products can withstand high strength and high speed drawing.
