II-VI compound wafer are compounds formed by elements from II &VI group of the periodic table,Normally the crystal is as-grown crystal without doping any elements , but we can also offer doped crystal and various type of annealing as per customer's requirement . Wafer is produced as rectangular and round shape with any required orientation , in dimension 10 x 10 x 0.5 mm and two sides polished surface .
