1. SYNTHETIC DIAMOND MICRON POWDER
Synthetic diamond micro-powder is a new type of ultrafine super-hard materials (finer than 320#). It is used extensively in the fields of machinery, electronics, aviation and space flight, optical instrument, glass, ceramic, oil, geological and industry. It is an ideal material for grinding and polishing horniness alloy and optical glass. Generally, sizes from W 0-0.5 to W 6-12 is suitable for polishing, sizes from W5-10 to W 22-36 is used for grinding, sizes of W 12-22 and up is used for fine grinding.
Diamond Micron Powders undergo the second acid-base treatment and vacuum treatment. As a result, both the purity and the grain size distribution have reached extremely high standard of the industry. With a full range of grain sizes, the 20 standard micron sizes are listed in following Chart:

2. RESIN BOND SYNTHETIC DIAMOND POWDER
Resin Bond Diamond consists of brittle particles which render it continuous, highly efficient cutting ability. It is widely used in processing tungsten carbide, ceramics, glass, and polycrystalline cutting tools. Resin bond diamond powder has permanent renewal of sharp cutting edges, and excellent retention of ability with bonds, ensure provide perfect finish and integrity surface.
